I started the process with Lamondo's founders by understanding what kind of service they wanted to provide to their users and brands. After that, I did a research phase using surveys and interviews to understand who were their users and how they think. In the research, we discovered that the majority of their target audience wanted to collaborate with bigger brands but did not know how to contact them. The users also did not have enough knowledge or experience to draft contracts that they believe were fair and reliable. After understanding what the user needed and what kind of visual language the users were comfortable with, I started the ideation process to create Lamondo's branding system.
The landing page
I used all the information from the research to guide me through the process of creating a page that prioritized the content according to what the users find important and valuable. I also utilized the information the user gave about the websites they liked and used to guide me on the visual style of Lamondo's landing page. All that information, combined with powerful 'Call to Action' buttons and clear sections and signup forms helped us make sure that the page was communicating clearly the product and brand to their users.
